Mums become old school to us once we become teens, we start building up our own styles, we don’t want mum to buy our clothes or decide our hairstyles anymore.

We seem to forget that our mothers passed through these same youthful days that we are passing through now and though it was a different era, they had fun too, they did beautiful styles with their hair and walked majestically feeling good about themselves.
