Celebrating Happy Mother’s Day on Sunday, Kevin Hart sends a warm message to all of the beautiful mothers out there expressing the importance of moms why they should be appreciated. He expressed this touching message in an Instagram video.
“On this day, I am telling you guys that you are loved, that you are appreciated, that you act as a strong foundation for this generation of young females to follow," Hart said while recording himself walking through an empty parking lot. “For that, wear that crown of a mother proudly and celebrate today as you celebrated no other day.”
The actor-comedian went on to pay tribute to his own mother, Nancy, who died of cancer in 2007. “I feel that she is one of the best mothers to ever walk the earth,” Hart said of his late mom. “With that being said, I feel that you should feel the same way about yours. If you don’t, damn it, then change that!” The comic concluded, “I love you all, man. Happy Mother’s Day.”
Many celebrities have shared Mother’s Day wishes. Few other stars that pay tribute to their moms included Ben Affleck, Reese Witherspoon, Chris Rock, Ellen DeGeneres, Courteney Cox, Jared Leto, Gabrielle Union, Carrie Underwood, John Stamos, Mark Ruffalo and Diddy.
